University of Southern California
Completed in June 2010, the USC Ronald Tutor Campus Center is a 151,000 sq ft expansion of the current Student Bookstore and "Commons" Center. All Area Plumbing provided complete plumbing systems on this fast paced project for the entire building from underground to finish. The center includes 9 restaurants, a full floor "prep kitchen" for catering and internal food service for the entire campus, executive offices for the university president and executive staff, a private entertaining area for university fundraising events and "game day" festivities, an auditorium, conference rooms, and will be the new home to the famous "Tommy Trojan" bar. This project was completed as a subcontractor to Tutor-Saliba Corporation, a leading contractor in Southern California.

As a design-assist project, All Area Plumbing was able to utilize its full detailing capabilities and top management team to keep up with an ever changing schedule and scope of work. Work completed include a complete underground and above ground plumbing system including domestic hot and cold water, waste and vent, storm drain, grease interceptors, sewage ejectors, natural gas, circulating pumps, condensate pumps and kitchen equipment.
